Built for the HVACR show floor

We build scale models of the equipment HVACR manufacturers sell: chillers, cooling towers, adiabatic coolers, heat pumps and rooftop units. Cutaways open up the coil decks, fans and piping your engineers want buyers to see, and lighting can trace the flow through the system. Some models are built in heavy-gauge sheet metal like the real unit; most combine metal where the model takes stress with 3D printed parts for shape and detail. Every model ships in a Pelican or custom case, and in 60+ years we have never missed a client's show date.

Is there still time for AHR 2027?

Our standard window has closed, but rush builds are sometimes possible. Call or send your project and show date, and we'll tell you honestly what we can deliver.

Can the model show what's inside the unit?

Yes. Cutaways and lighting are the most common requests for HVACR equipment: open coil decks, visible fans and piping, and lit flow paths that show how the system works.

How much does a model cost?

Most start around $6,000; multi-model projects often run $10,000 and up. Price depends on size, detail and features like cutaways, lighting or motion. Quotes are free.
