FXV Closed Circuit Cooling Tower Model

33"W x 35"W x 45"H

Industrial Precision in Miniature: The FXV Closed Circuit Cooling Tower Model

Bring your large-scale engineering on the road with a high-fidelity cutaway model designed for impact and durability. This custom-built replica of the FXV Closed Circuit Cooling Tower by Baltimore Aircoil Company captures the technical details of the industry-leading original.

Built to Last, Designed to Impress

To mirror the rugged, industrial nature of the full-sized unit, this 33"W x 35"W x 45"H model is constructed from powder-coated sheet metal. This choice of material doesn't just provide a realistic metallic finish—it ensures the model can withstand the rigors of travel and frequent interaction.

Authentic Materials: The use of real metal provides a weight and texture that plastic models simply can't match.
Cutaway Detail: The open-face design allows viewers to inspect the internal configuration, including the coil sections and spray systems, making it an invaluable tool for mechanical demonstrations.
Road-Ready Durability: Specifically engineered for a 2-year nationwide road show, this model is permanently mounted inside a semi-trailer to serve as a traveling centerpiece for our customer's product line.

Perfect for Trade Shows & Education

Whether it's mounted in a mobile showroom or displayed in a corporate lobby, this model bridges the gap between complex engineering and client understanding.
