Sales Models & Corporate Gifts
Custom sales model by KiwiMill, built for trade shows, sales, and training.
Sales models and corporate gifts we build
KiwiMill builds desktop models, leave-behinds, and commemorative pieces that companies give to customers, investors, and their own teams. Some are runs of identical pieces, like 20 HO scale train displays, each set in a clear tube, or more than 100 working solar panel models in brazed metal. Others are one-offs, like a 4-foot replica of a company's first truck, researched from more than 100 photos of the original and presented to the CEO.
Sales models work the same way: pallet models that fit in a salesperson's briefcase, and an exploded fishing reel with every part floating on piano wire.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a corporate gift model cost?
Models typically start around $6,000. Multi-model projects often run $10,000 and up. For gifts and sales models, the drivers are quantity, whether the piece is built from scratch or from a customized kit, the level of detail, and the base and packaging. Building a run of identical pieces at once costs less per piece than ordering them one at a time. A quote is free.
Can you make a run of identical models?
Yes. We've built 20 desktop train displays, more than 100 solar panel models, and 30 copies of a spacecraft model after the first one was delivered. For larger runs, we engineer the design for repeat production, as we did when we redesigned a desktop rocket so it could be built in bulk.
How do you keep the cost down on a gift model?
When it fits, we start from a high-quality diecast model, kit, or RC chassis and customize it rather than building from scratch. We've done this for a contractor's truck, a 1:10 trophy truck, and a pair of destroyer models finished on oak bases with clear covers.
Can it arrive ready to present?
Yes. We've delivered gift models in presentation boxes, on acrylic bases with the client's labels, and on branded bases with a logo and "Made in the USA."
