About KiwiMill
KiwiMill designs and fabricates custom scale models — one project at a time. We are not a catalog shop and we do not sell inventory: every model is built to your specifications for trade shows, sales demos, engineering visualization, museums, training, and defense applications.
Who is KiwiMill?
For 60+ years, our team has combined digital design, CNC and additive fabrication, and traditional craftsmanship to turn complex products and ideas into physical models people can see, touch, and understand. Shop headquarters are in Williamson, NY (4017 Railroad Ave, 14589).
Most of our work ships to clients and events across the United States and Canada — that is our primary focus. We also build and ship models to other countries when the project calls for it.

- How we build
- 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and a sheet-metal shop. Each part is built from whatever serves it best: 3D printed plastic for shape and detail, and sheet metal, aluminum, steel, or brass where the model needs strength. Lighting, motion, cutaways, and interactive controls when the model calls for them.
- Shipping
- Every model ships in a Pelican or custom-built case, to clients and show floors across the United States and Canada, and internationally when needed.
