What this Site is for

The Site provides information about our work and services, including a portfolio of completed models, and lets you contact us or request a quote. The Site does not offer online purchasing, customer accounts, or self-service ordering.

Quotes and project work

Information submitted through our quote or contact forms is a request for communication only. Any price, timeline, or scope we discuss is non-binding until we have a signed order, purchase order, deposit, or other written agreement we accept. Nothing on the Site creates a contract to build a model by itself.

Intellectual property

Portfolio photographs and other media on the Site are owned by KiwiMill (or used with permission). You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse Site photos or content without our prior written consent.

Designs, CAD, drawings, and other materials you upload or send remain your intellectual property (or that of the rights holder you represent). By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use those materials solely to evaluate your request, prepare a quote, and—if engaged—perform the work.

Uploaded files

You are responsible for the files you upload. Do not send malware, illegal content, or materials you are not authorized to share. We are not responsible for viruses or other harmful components in files you provide. We may refuse or delete submissions that appear unsafe or inappropriate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or contact data without permission
• Use the Site to send spam or deceptive messages
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Misrepresent who you are or the company you represent

Third-party services

The Site may embed or rely on third-party services such as form tools (including KiwiDock), Google Maps, and Google Ads. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or tools we do not control.

Disclaimer

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIWIMILL LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US SOLELY FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE (IF ANY), OR (B) ZERO U.S. DOLLARS. These limits do not affect separate written contracts for model-making work, which are governed by those agreements.

Privacy

How we handle information submitted through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site will be the state or federal courts located in New York that serve Wayne County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
