Factory Models
Custom factory model by KiwiMill, built for trade shows, sales, and training.
Factory and facility models we build
KiwiMill builds factory and facility models for manufacturers: headquarters and plant site models for the lobby, production-line models that show how product moves through a plant, and process models of tank batteries, skids, and propane facilities.
Site models are built from your AutoCAD, PDFs, and aerial photos, down to the rooftop HVAC units, cooling towers, and generators, with laser-cut buildings, modeled terrain, and a clear cover for permanent display. We also build training models that let a team practice a procedure, like packing and loading product onto shelving, before they do it on the floor.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a factory model cost?
Models typically start around $6,000. Multi-model projects often run $10,000 and up. For a factory or campus, price follows the area covered and the scale, how much rooftop and yard equipment is shown, whether you want interiors or just the exterior, and the base and cover. A quote is free.
What do you need to build a model of our plant?
Whatever you have. For one headquarters and production campus we worked from aerial views, AutoCAD drawings, PDFs, ground-level photos, and measurements of the rooftop units, cooling towers, and generators. For a new warehouse, the client's PDFs were enough. We'll tell you if anything's missing.
Can you show the production line inside, not just the building?
Yes. We've built a production-line model that shows how product moves through a plant, and a blood analyzing system miniaturized at 1:10 and animated.
Will it work as a permanent lobby display?
That's the most common use. Lobby models get a finished base and a clear cover to protect them from dust and handling, and they're built to look right for years.
