KiwiMill uses customer CAD data to engineer a new 3D CAD model that we then use to fabricate the product. This modelu included hundreds of individual pieces that were sanded, primed, painted and assembled using over 100 fasteners and some glue.

This amazing model is 6ft long and was a lot of fun for our team to build. Three of the bins are animated using linear servos and are programmed to dump at random intervals. The model was built with a variety of materials including sheet-metal and 3D printed plastic parts and mechanical movement features have bearings to help prevent wear.
