Occasionally KiwiMill is asked to make a model of a particular part of a previous scale model. This recent project is a good example of that.

Our client originally had us build a model of an underground storage tank:

 

Next they wanted a particular aspect of this storage tank model “blown up” in size. It was the white and grey sump pump seen in the center of the original model.

So KiwiMill made a Turbine Sump Pump Model 2X the original model size:

 

 

This second scale model will be used for training and demonstration, much like the original scale model was.
