Quick Model Build for Sales Meeting

Our client needed a fast turn around time for this model build. A sales meeting  was scheduled to unveil a new product and a scale model was needed for the presentation. KiwiMill took 3D files and simplified the drawings in SolidWorks, to create this nearly 5 foot long replica of a manifold trailer.

A variety of materials and fabrication methods were used in the model build to create the many detailed, intricate parts. The truck chassis was formed out of sheet metal with aluminum piping. Supports and pipe joints were 3D printed using ABS plastic. The tires and wheels were CNC machined.

The model shipped out in a custom built crate to a NYC hotel in time for its official unveiling.
