Fracking Trailer Model

This fracking trailer model is a 50 inch long replica of our client's proppant delivery system. The model highlights our client's innovative system for transporting sand (proppant) efficiently to the wellsite.

The model's design is modular and consists of 5 individual hoppers that are removable, just like the real product. The model includes a conveyor belt undercarriage that moves the sand along, and a shoot on the end of the trailer to deposit the proppant.

Our model makers made the fracking trailer model primarily out of CNC machined plastic. There are some metal components for added stability and 3D printed details as well. The wheels are cast. Vinyl graphics supplied by the client were applied to the painted surface. The finished model allows our client to transport and share their exciting product, which would be otherwise impossible to do with the real thing.
