The front lip of the model features five glowing pushbuttons, each activating a distinct operational scenario to show how Cisco's network architecture handles real-world utility challenges:

• Fault Detection & Power Re-Routing: Watch in real-time as the system detects a simulated localized failure and instantly re-routes power to keep critical infrastructure online.
• Distributed Energy Resources (DER): Visualizes how standby generator assets smoothly integrate into the traditional grid.
• Cisco Product Integration: Highlights every Cisco device stationed across the grid, showing how they communicate with one another.
• Substation Automation: Demonstrates the speed and efficiency of modernized, automated substation networks.
• Remote Pipeline: Showcases how remote monitoring protects critical pipeline infrastructure miles away from headquarters.
