This large cutaway water tanker model is 45″ long and built to showcase all of the features of our customer’s product.

The bottom and the top shell of the model are 3D printed on our giant meter by meter 3D printer. The 6 ribs are cut from .050 aluminum and bonded to each other and the plastic skins with industrial epoxy. The mud flaps and water roller handle are 20ga galvanneal and the rest of the model is either 3D printed, ABS tube or aluminum tube. The base was bent in our sheet-metal shop out of 16ga galvanneal.
