This 1/2 scale bridge construction model is built for trade show use. Our client’s product is designed to make bridge building more cost effective by pre-casting the forms that hold up beams.

The goal of this model was to show potential customers how the product actually works. Pieces of the model come apart and can be handled and manipulated by trade show booth visitors. A working model is an excellent way to demonstrate how a product functions in the field. It’s also a great crowd pleaser.

The bridge construction model was made out of machinist board. The hardware was scaled down and hand built out of brass. The beam was a real aluminum H beam. The model comes apart and fits into a Pelican case for ease of transport.
